We build and source everything in the USA to the highest standards, and we stand behind every product 100%. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — no hassles, no runaround.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to start a return for any reason:
- Doesn’t fit
- Changed your mind
- Just didn’t love it
- Or it arrived damaged/defective
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
What’s Eligible
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
- Original tags and packaging still attached/intact
- Not a final-sale or custom-made item (we’ll clearly mark those on the product page)
Refund Options
- Full refund to your original payment method (most common)
- Store credit (gets you an extra 10% bonus — we’ll email you a code)
- Even exchange for a different size/color/style (we’ll cover return shipping both ways if it’s our mistake or the item is defective)
How to Return (3 Easy Steps)
- Shoot us an email within 30 days: chris@heroproductsusa.com Include your order number and reason for return (helps us get better).
- We’ll reply within 24 hours (usually same day) with return instructions and a prepaid USPS/UPS return label if it qualifies for free return shipping.
- Drop it in the mail. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or credit within 2-3 business days.
Free Return Shipping (We Cover It When…)
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- We sent the wrong item, size, or color
- Any mistake on our end
Otherwise, return shipping is on you (but we make the label cheap — usually $6-9 deducted from your refund or you can use your own).
Refunds
- You’ll see the money back on your card in 3-10 business days depending on your bank.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except when it’s our fault).
- If you paid with Shopify Pay / Apple Pay / etc., it goes back the same way.
Non-Returnable Items (Sorry, No Exceptions)
- Gift cards
- Anything marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Custom or personalized products
- Underwear / socks for hygiene reasons
- Anything that smells like cigarette smoke, heavy cologne, or has pet hair (we’ll send it back at your expense)
Damaged or Defective Items
If something shows up broken or stops working because of a manufacturing flaw, we’ve got you. Send us a quick photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you immediately — free shipping both ways.
