We ship every order from Las Vegas, Nevada — packed by the owner (that’s me, Chris) or my small team. Everything is 100% made in the USA, and we treat your package like it’s going to a brother or sister in arms.
Where We Ship
- All 50 U.S. states + District of Columbia
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses (we love shipping to you guys — thank you for your service)
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, etc.)
- At this time we do not ship internationally (Canada, AK/HI included in domestic rates below).
Shipping Carriers & Speeds
We pick the best option for speed and price on the day we pack your order:

All times start the day after we hand the package to the carrier. We ship Monday–Friday (no weekends or federal holidays).
When We Ship
Orders placed before 12:00 pm Pacific Time on a business day usually go out the same day. Orders after 12:00 pm or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
You’ll get a tracking number emailed to you the moment it’s created — no fake “label created” nonsense.
Free Shipping
- Orders $99+ = FREE standard shipping (usually USPS Priority or UPS Ground)
- Military (active, reserve, veteran, retired) = FREE shipping on every order with code HEROFREESHIP (verified manually after account creation)
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Territories
Flat-rate Priority Mail boxes whenever possible — you’ll see the exact rate at checkout. No surprises.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once we drop it with USPS or UPS, they’re responsible. If it’s late or lost:
- Shoot us an email with your order number.
- We open a case immediately and keep you posted.
- If the carrier declares it lost, we send a replacement or full refund — your choice, on us.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If something is marked “pre-order” or we’re temporarily out of stock, the product page will clearly show the ship date. The rest of your order ships immediately unless you ask us to hold everything together.
Signature Required?
Only on orders over $500 or if you request it at checkout.
Future Changes
When we move to a 3rd-party fulfillment center (coming in 2026-ish), rates and speeds may improve, but we’ll always post the live calculated rate at checkout — never hidden fees.
