Welcome to Hero Products USA — American-made gear built by Americans and Veteran for people who actually get their hands dirty.

This website and store (the “Site”) are owned and operated by Hero Products USA, a Nevada LLC (that’s me, Chris Parker). When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Hero Products USA. The Site is powered by Shopify.

By browsing, shopping, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, stop using the Site right now.

1. Who Can Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state. Keep your account password secure — you’re responsible for everything done under your login. No sharing or selling accounts.

2. Products & Accuracy

We source or build everything in the USA and do our best to show accurate photos, descriptions, sizes, and colors. Screens vary, so the item you get might look a hair different. We can change or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Placing Orders

When you click “Buy,” you’re making an offer. We can accept or reject it for any reason (out of stock, suspected fraud, pricing error, etc.). We don’t accept your order until we send a shipment confirmation email and your payment clears. All purchases are for personal use only — no commercial resale or export without our written permission.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices can change until you check out. The price you see at final checkout (plus tax and shipping) is what you pay. You promise the card or payment method is yours and has funds. We use Stripe/Shopify Payments — they’re PCI-compliant; we never see or store your full card number.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship fast, but delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Once we hand the package to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, risk of loss passes to you. Lost or delayed packages after that are between you and the carrier (we’ll still help chase it down).

6. Returns & Refunds

See our separate Returns & Refunds Policy — 30-day satisfaction guarantee, free return shipping on defects or our mistakes.

7. Intellectual Property

Everything on this Site — logos, photos, designs, text, the name “Hero Products USA” — is owned by us or licensed to us. You can look, but you can’t copy, rip, resell, or use any of it without written permission. Violators will be prosecuted.

8. User Content & Reviews

When you leave a review, upload a photo, or send us feedback, you give us a permanent, royalty-free license to use it anywhere (website, ads, social, etc.). Don’t post anything illegal, obscene, or that violates someone else’s rights. We can remove anything, anytime, no explanation needed.

9. Prohibited Stuff (Don’t Be That Guy)

No hacking, scraping, spamming, fraud, fake reviews, viruses, or anything that makes our lives harder. We’ll ban you instantly and without warning.

10. Third-Party Links & Tools

We might link to other sites or use third-party tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.). We’re not responsible for what happens over there — read their rules yourself.

11. Shopify Relationship

The Site runs on Shopify. They host it and process some data, but every sale is directly between you and Hero Products USA. Shopify isn’t liable for our products or anything we do.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

We stand behind our gear, but the Site and products are provided “AS IS.” No warranties except what’s explicitly written on the product page or in our 30-day guarantee. Some states don’t allow this, so your statutory rights still apply where required.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Hero Products USA (and its owner, contractors, and suppliers) won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages — even if we knew they could happen. Our total liability won’t exceed what you paid us for the specific order that caused the issue.

14. Indemnification

If your actions get us sued or cost us money, you agree to cover our losses and legal fees.

15. Termination

We can shut down your account or block you anytime for any reason. Sections that logically survive (IP, liability, indemnification, etc.) keep applying after termination.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Nevada law (no conflicts of law nonsense). Any lawsuit goes to state or federal court in Clark County, Nevada. We both agree to venue and jurisdiction there.

17. Changes to These Terms

We can update these Terms anytime. We’ll change the “Last updated” date and, if it’s a big change, we’ll try to email account holders. Keep using the Site = you accept the new version.
